Phone interview with the Manager followed by in-person interview with a to-be-colleague, manager and Program Manager. Phone interview was about an hour, based on prior experience and few behavioral questions. In-person interview in Chicago was with two other team members, again based on prior experience, position based and tool/process based interview questions! Similarly conversational but structured. During the interview, they briefed about the team, project, responsibilities and their expectations. By the time i reached home, I was informed that I was offered a position!
