I applied online in January and received an e-mail in June to call and schedule an interview. My interview was held in Houston and they flew me out for it. I arrived early and was seated in a room with around 100 applicants. They started by showing a short video about the company and then one of the recruiters briefly discussed the job description and answered a few questions. Then the recruiters (all of them were flight attendants) called names one by one for interviews. I had a one-on-one interview with a recruiter where he had me read an announcement and then asked me a few questions. He asked if I had questions and then he told me to take the shuttle back to the airport to get something to eat and return in an hour for a second interview. He asked me not to tell people on the shuttle that I was asked back because some of them weren't. When I returned for round 2, there were about 40 people left. Recruiters again called us in for one-on-one interviews and this time each person had a different recruiter than before. I was asked a few more questions and then taken to a "secret room" (they actually called it that) where there were only 8 of us left. A higher up (I assume) came in and called people out one by one about every 15 minutes. I was taken into a board room and seated at the head of the table with a man and woman who I assume were the head recruiters. They asked about my previous job experience and then invited me to training. Then I was taken to a small office to fill out some paperwork. Everybody was extremely friendly and my advice would be to dress professional. This means a jacket and close-toed shoes. Out of the 40 who made it to round 2, only 2 applicants weren't wearing a jacket. Also keep a smile on your face at all times. Good to ask questions when they give you the chance as it shows interest.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
