Entretien
The interview process took 3days. I got a phone interview at Monday morning asking about basic stuffs on my resume and then I got scheduled for and interview with the manager at Thursday. It was an average interview, the manager made it very easy for me giving me smiles and laughters. Most of the questions asked were behavioral questions as they want to see what type of person you are.
Pretty easy, few phone calls met with branch manger asked how much money I have worked with before, asked how my customer service skills were like and if I handled stress well
It was an online interview at first and I was called for a physical interview which was to take place in Lagos.. The online interview was about management and mathematics

One phone interview and one in person interview and a follow up phone call to discuss offer details. Met with both manager and assistant manager for interview. Pretty formal and straightforward
