Phone interview with recruiter followed by branch interview with hiring manager if you pass the phone screen. For promotion you must interview for it, never given or guaranteed for excellent work

After speaking with the recruiter, I was referred to speak with the hiring managers. I was given couple of dates to choose from. I liked how I was kept informed about the process and they also followed with emails to confirm time, date and location. Very helpful team.
