First there was a video interview which contained about 5-6 questions about yourself, the company, and previous work experience. The second interview is through Skype with the hiring managers of different teams you may work for.

I got an interview opportunity for Underarmour and set the interview time with the HR manager, but the Underarmour system sent a decline letter, confusing my interview process. Other than that, the Interview proceeded smoothly and the results came out quite quickly.

Entretien
Interview process took almost 6 weeks and I spoke with 6 people in that time. A lot of time was invested and follow-up emails sent. It's now been about 2 weeks after my final interview and I've heard nothing from the company in terms of a decision. I'm moving forward assuming that I didn't get the role.

Name a time where you used data to inform a decision.
The recruiter was responsive although weeks lag in between interviews - although summer vacation could have played into this. Interviewed with various individuals and different levels. Hard to understand who/ what the reporting structure was.
