My interview was in the break room/back room and it was messy. There was trash on the tables and abandoned cups. The table of itself was old and clearly needed replacing. It's as if the manager didn't know I was coming in for an interview.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
