Probably the worst interview I ever had. First you get in touch with a recruiter, following by a tech screen interview with one engineer with commons questions that I don't consider difficult. Then you have a home test to do which follows a meeting to discuss your solution with two engineers. One of the interviewers was all the time writing on slack/chat/whatever meanwhile I was trying to think a solution. I didn't have "context" about what to expect in this meeting, in the test said no third parties/techs allowed, so I took my time to review pure code concepts/algorithms. But then they started to ask about libraries/third parties implementations, I've worked with many of these techs but I didn't consider that was necessary to review them since third parties were not allowed in the test.
Candidates have the right to know what to expect and prepare accordingly the interview.

I applied online and I was sent a coding exercise by the recruiter a few days later. After completing and passing the coding exercises, I was contacted by the recruiter to setup a phone interview.
At the very last minute, the recruiter cancelled the interview and asked to reschedule for next week. The recruiter never ended up calling me for the interview. They did not reply to my emails either. I was just straight up ghosted. Another week later, I received a generic rejection letter by their HR system.
This was a very unprofessional conduct by Ubisoft's recruiter as they have only wasted my time as I still have a full time job.
