Brief phone call, ask generic questions such as background and why there was an interest to apply at Uber. After interview, email over 2 spread sheets and asked to take a test based on that spread sheet. Seemed to be looking for individuals that could present new ideas that could help the new UberEats applications.

I applied to UberEATS O&L Manager position online, got an email from recruiting manager about a week later to set up an exploratory interview. I had the 30-minute exploratory interview a week later. The recruiting manager asked about my former jobs and why I wanted to work for Uber. Then he asked about expected salary range. The next day I received the link to the 2-hour online test, which had to be completed within 72 hours. I did not pass the test, so I did not get to proceed.
