Applied online. Selected for a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview in person at the main facility. Friendly interview, I thought things were going well, received information on benefits, and had correspondence with the recruiter up to the interview. No response to my follow-ups, no email per usual from the system saying you were not selected, nothing. Ghosted.
