Created an account online. Took a test. Interviewer was candid about the job but, frankly dishonest about management. It went less than 5 minutes. Once hired, a sociologist walked in saying to contact his organization for stress. It should have been a red flag to everyone.

There was no interview. I took a personality test online and was offered a position. My was scheduled for the following month and I've been working every since. After two years I'll automatically be promoted to a career position.
