I applied for the job via the website in mid 11July and received an email for the interview which was held 04Aug. It was a dual interview for people who had applied for the CCA or RCA position, and it was a group interview. They called us back one by one, I went first and my interview was insanely quick. I received an email on the 9th containing a conditional offer and an email requesting a NACI background check after I accepted the offer. I also had to turn in fingerprint cards. I'm currently waiting for the cal to let me know when training starts. This was my 4th application with the post office, and 3rd interview. Keep trying if you don't get the first one!!

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
