While not directly related to the actual interview, it is critical that you use the job description and key words to get into the GS process. If you do not have key words, your resume will never even make it to the hiring manager for consideration.

panel interview that lasted over 30 minutes. made me wait for at least one hour and the interviewer was not prepared for the interview. needed to reschedule but did not have any dates in mind. Very disapointed in the level of professionalism.
Recruiter reaches out for phone screen after phone screen comes actual interview. Then drug test and background required must have clearance . Also must enlist if you are a male

Over the phone, no zoom of any kind. Asked situational based questions. Be prepared to be clear and concise. Answered all questions and was told I would hear back soon. Took months to hear back but no one called me instead they just emailed me an offer.
