It was composed of a phone interview, 2 separate interviews with the Regional President and the Manager of the department I was applying for. Additionally, I was given a wonderlic test.

Entretien
Not very personal and tests are irrelevant. Way too many interviews for an entry level job. Nice people, just need to change the interview process and make things more personal.
