Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you did not seem happy with your interview process. I want to assure you that all second interviews are conducted with a member of upper management. We also do try to keep our interviews more brief; however, we do make sure that all information that needs to be discussed is discussed. We address compensation through the interview process once we feel it is a mutual fit for both the candidate and our business. We will be sure to take your feedback into consideration though as we are always hoping to improve our process!
