First was e-mail communication with the HR department to gather more information on my skills. Just basic skills questions. What Languages do you know? Databases?? etc.. Eventually couple of weeks after the phone interview an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. This was a get to know me interview and more basic screening questions. After that a 2 interviews were scheduled. One with a team I would work with. This interview was a quiz on knowledge different technologies. The did not really get into my work experience to much just technology questions. After that there was an interview with hiring managers. All in all fairly standard.
