Competency Based Interview Format with a lot of scenario questions. Smooth but long interview process. Interviewer was hiring manager, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It can be hard if you try to be spontaneous.

Did a test at home first (3 hours to finish and send back), then I was invited to the interview. The communication was good up to then but I didn't hear anything after the interview for some months.

Hiring process took more than 7 months. Applied in January, then went through written tests and various interviews over the phone around March and April, then got job offer around June.
