To begin with, I had pleasant online interview with a friendly atmosphere and a welcoming interviewer. This was the first part of a two-part interview process, and I was informed that a second part, a virtual lab tour, would be organised. Unfortunately, the lab tour was cancelled on short notice due to the apparent lab manager's absence. I was told they would contact me the following week but never received a response despite sending a follow-up email. Ultimately, my experience was marred by a lack of organisation and communication from the company. I was unfortunately ghosted by UNDO.
