- automated cv screening by a bot, make sure you have your keyword. got rejected the first time, after i redid my cv i was instantly accepted
- invited to do online test (2.5 - 3hours), that had a lot of theoretical question and 3 coding exercises, one algorithm, one fix our react code, and one to build something simple in react, a list with a search
- ghosted after doing very well at the test
