I originally interviewed to be a teller but the manager felt that I would be better for the personal banker position, did not tell me that I would have to do sales in order to succeed. Very professional. Then I interviewed with the district manager.

Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
