Its only after these questions when you ask about compensation do you find out they are offering $13.46 per hr to start to the (Max) $14.42 per hr of course with the TEE of 55K in the first year. I have been in Sales in a minute and when a company offers you McDonalds new hire wages and wants to pay you $1.56 per hr less than In-N-Out Burger to start ($15.00 per hr) and your place of employment is *DownTown LA* something is Drastically wrong. Especially because the Recruiter said (Like the Ad states) "We are looking to hire several **qualified people** immediately" well I am in contact / interviewing with at least 4 competitors in there (exact space) and "Twinfold" is offering starting pay is $15,995 per year or $7.69 per hr lower than all four competitors.
