Very unique process. From my experience, if you can memorize the script, they fly you to an ugly city somewhere to train with an experienced member of their sales staff. After a week or two, they send you back to wherever you came from and set you up with a store. I received a much appreciated bonus for finishing my training. I was pleased as punch! It all worked out for me.
