Half hour initial screen with hiring manager, followed by one hour technical screen. Initial screen discussed company info, role, culture and team fit. Asked salary expections. Both calls over Zoom. CoderPad used in tech screen.

I would describe the interview process with one word: cold.
There is no recruiter call to check if you are a good fit. There is no opportunity to ask questions beforehand. You are thrown straight into a coding interview.
During the interview, the interviewer didn't even turn on her camera, didn't even explain it. If I for some reasons can not turn on my camera during an interview, I would've explained why.

Recruiter reached out to me multiple times due to startup i was not interested to go for the interview process., but eventually setup the initial discussion with hiring manager.
And he was so rude the way he was talking and expression was totally not professional. Thankfully they rejected otherwise with this i would have rejected.
