Very unorganized. The recruiter does not have a logical roadmap. Seemed to ask Question A and went to Question H. Company seemed unstructured. Ghosted after interview. Not sure why there’s so many applicants.
Applied through their own site, they sent out a 'logic test' of sorts leading up to a screening interview with their director via zoom. After that there was a sample project for one of their previous clients, which if passed would lead up to a HR interview. HR really digs into your answers...
