In person interview. Didn't feel well planned - talked inside the front door instead of in a meeting room. Some informal questions but nothing really directed towards the specific role. It was so casual that it felt like maybe they had already had a plan to hire someone else or weren't in a hurry to hire anyone. In the end it didn't feel like a good fit for me.
