I had an online phone interview where they asked several questions concerning any prior experience in tutoring. Their standard is to have some college degree from a reputable school. Once the interview process is over, then you need to go to their portal and watch a couple videos that tell you how they want the tutoring to generally go and how the financial side of things is managed.
