Terrible. First of all, I was GHOSTED after two interviews. They didn't bother letting me know either way, even after I reached out. Super unprofessional, and it speaks volumes about how chaotic their interview process was (and likely what its like to work there). The next issue, the interviewer accused me of having AI make up my resume. I have nearly 25 years of industry experience, what's there to make up? It sounds like they have gotten burned by people who are doing this, and then they are so paranoid, they are accusing legitimate applicants of fraud. They can't be the only place going through this, but they are the only place I've come across to act so unprofessionally.
