Applied online and got a phone call from the manager Greg within a week, set up an in person interview for the following week. He told me to budget extra time as there is not parking and you need to meter park and walk. Arrived 5 minutes early and he obviously forgot, the host sat me at a dining table because the lounge was packed with an event going on. A server tried to give me a menu and I had to explain that I was just interviewing. Interview started 12 minutes late, he did have my resume printed. We had a conversation about my day job for 5 minutes or so. I was surprised when he stood up and put his hand out as if the interview was over, said he would love to have me on the team and someone will call to put me on the schedule. No one ever reached out. I left with the impression that they do not have a high standard for who they hire, and are too overworked to even remember scheduled interviews. I did not bother contacting as I know this would not be the right fit for me.
