Interviewed with four people. HR, ED from two locations and the COO for a total of 4 hours. Additionally, I completed two writing assignments. The job I interviewed for is for a new location. After finding out more about the position, they wanted someone with a strong sales background, something that was not mentioned in the job description at all. I was willing to take on that challenge but it was ultimately used against me in the end. I asked for feedback as to why I didn’t get the job and I got a generic, copy and pasted response. Advice to the company: be transparent with the job description you post and invest time in the candidates you interview and provide honest feedback. This experience was nothing but a waste of time.
