Very basic, more like a get to know you session. Relaxed and standard I would say. I asked about industry knowledge being a need or a want for the role as i did not hav prior bike shop experience.

I was interviewed by the regional manager. This was for a promotion at a store I was already working at. The interview was conducted via telephone and consisted of a few questions.
