It was a two-stage interview, first with a video recording interview with question where they discussed about criteria and personal hobbies, and the second was a group interview, which I liked as the questions were not your common ones, and it’s was regarding real situations and how you would have approached them in real life, and I really loved that all those cases in the end turned out to be like a conversation with your peers or bosses as brainstorming sessions.
