The interview process consisted of four stages. The first stage was an interview with HR to discuss the company, the role, and general expectations. The second stage was with members of the technical team and focused on how I would approach and reason through different workplace situations. The third stage involved completing a technical assignment. The final stage was an interview with the hiring manager, which focused primarily on reviewing the technical assignment and discussing my previous projects and professional experience.
