Phone interview, placement test, formal interview. Very thorough process. Took way too much of my time. Interview questions are all typical questions, nothing to really catch you off guard. The formal interview was a panel interview with 2 managers. There were about 20 questions and it lasted about an hour. One of the managers wrote down everything while the other asked most of the questions. They tried to make it as "informal" as possible which was nice. I thought I did well but I got a letter a week later saying I did not get the job. They said if I went further in the process I would have had to do another interview with their boss and HR. Again, way too much of my time especially if I was called back for another interview.

Applied 02/16 and was sent an assessment right after. Assessment consisted of some math questions, behavioral questions, and a test taking a sample call from someone. After taking the assessment it said "Based on the results someone will be in touch with you soon." Three days later on the 19th I received an email to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. I interviewed two days later, she just asked what I knew about the role, the company and maybe two STAR method questions like about a time I turned a situation around with a customer. After this interview, I got a call about a week later to schedule an in person interview. The interview was about an hour and a half long that involved two managers from the office and after a quick chat with someone currently in the role. Be sure to prepare STAR method answers. That same day I got a call to schedule a second interview which took place two days later. In this final interview, I interviewed with 3 heads of the department. It was more about getting to know me better and discussing logistics. I got a call the day after from a senior recruiter with a job offer. Overall the process took 2 weeks however I still need to do a background check.

First initial “interview” was a 10 minute phone call asking about 5 basic questions. Second and final in person interview was a bit intimidating having 4 people total interviewing you. 2 in person and 2 on a screen. For an entry level/recently out of college position they expect you to have call center experience and experience with multiple forms of software.

A 30 min phone screening with a recruiter. Asking several questions about what I know about the job and company. Also my past experience, and how it relates to Travelers. I don't believe the interview was a hard process.
