30 min phone interview, general behavioral questions. Asked about past experience on resume. Interviewer assessed knowledge of the company and interest in summer program. Gave insight into the specifics of program, ended with Q&A

The interviews were all behavioral. I did well in the first two rounds, but the final round interview was very tough. The perception that I had of the interviewer was of a person in a position of power that looks down on you. The experience felt like getting your teeth pulled. The work culture of the company seemed like you could become stuck in one area if you did not continuously ask for work.
