I wouldn't know. After being contacted and missing the recruiter's call due to an urgent matter with my son, I left several messages, texts and emails apologizing profusely. The recruiter didn't even have the decency to respond to say "apology accepted, but we've moved on". Instead she ghosted me as many recruiters do. The position is still open many months later. Things happen for a reason and I'm so glad that it happened the way it did before I wasted any time preparing for an interview, only to be ghosted anyway. This is most likely how she conducts herself on a daily basis and it does nothing to help the company brand.
He gave an impressive interview with succinct questions, and answered everything. His questioning was reasonable and facinating he got the best answers. he liked what I had to say and got the best details from me..

You can tell they are trying to find diversity hires and have an issue with overqualified individuals that are applying for positions they think are suited. Positions descriptions are almost always different than what the team is looking for.
