Apply online, take assessment test, waited 2 weeks for the phone interview, then scheduled an in person interview. In person interview was great, long, but very easy. During interview, there were 4 different tests that were all verbal that needed to be answered. All related to the position. However, a lot of them were duplicates. They need to understand every claim/every accident is different no 2 claims are the same, therefor you will not have just a cut and dry answer.
