I applied online as a career changer from direct care to case management. Talent acquisition screening called back without confirming when was a good time to call. On phone recruiter stated its not a good fit as its a desk job answering phones and not patient care. Recruiter seemed hasty on the phone. Email received back without offer.

Entretien
Very lengthy process. First started with a telephone interview. Then met with a couple interviewers, then sat with a case manager. The unit managers were not there to meet with, so I had to wait for another phone interview to be set up with them. The process was very lengthy. They never asked about my skills or experience, just a TON of behavioral questions.
