Initial 1.5 hour lunch out with internal recruiter where I had a chance to highlight my experience skill set and find out more about the vision, culture, and direction of the company and the details on the job I was applying for. Second interview 2 business days later to meet with VP of Finance and Operations where we talked in more detail about how I would apply my skills to the companies needs. Also met with HR and the accountant I would be working most closely with. Total 2nd interview was 2 hours. Final step was a 1/2 hour chat with the CEO where mostly I asked questions about the company and how they do things on a macro level. Great experience all around. I felt I got enough exposure to the company and meeting with 4 employees gave me a good feel for the company to see if it might be a good fit for me. Definitely people focused with exciting work to do and lots of opportunity!
