There was one telephonic interview,post which there was a face to face also The first round was conducted by my manager,based in bangalore,who is technically very stron in heat treatment (Ex HInd High Vaccum). Once I cleared this,I had a metting with the company director face to face in chennai. That was more of a HR based interview,which was standard practice
