After I applied for the position through an online job board, I was invited to participate in a one-way online interview of answering the following standard questions: 1. Tell me about yourself! 2. Why do you want to be an EA? 3. How do you organize yourself and others? 4. How would you prioritize your executive's time between different conflicting meetings or tasks? 5. What are you most excited to learn in your new role? 6. What is the most important thing to you in a job? 7. Why are you searching for a new job? 8. How can you manage your executive if you have limited access to him during the work day? Later I got another email asking me to answer some more unique questions about your superpowers etc. I was then sent an email asking me to provide 3 dates/times for me to come in and meet in person. I promptly sent them a response and then...was totally ghosted. I emailed again the next day just to make sure they received my response and then again a few days later...and nothing. So they come off wanting to know the world about you, and then go completely cold. Never came back with a date or a "thank you for applying, but we're going with another candidate." Exhausting!
