Plant manager asked about experience and what I would do under certain circumstances. Asked for my back round with the previous bakeries that I worked for. He asked about my education and if I had any certificates.

How would I correct the product if it had black spots on it and I told him that is a yeast problem. He asked if I had a college degree and I told him I had an A.A. Degree and an AIB IN THE SCIENCE OF BAKING. they also asked how many years experience I had in Baking Industry I told them 15 plus years.
