Applied online and had a group interview in one week. Interview lasted about 45 minutes with 3 staff members. Interview was standard behavioral and management questions. I felt the interview went very well and was told interviews would finish in one week, then second interviews would be scheduled. I received a rejection email and was told I wouldn't be moving forward due to the very competitive candidate pool. The job was reposted on LinkedIn and Indeed a couple days after my rejection. I emailed the hiring manager asking the position was reposted due to being told about the highly competent candidate pool . I requested feedback since I thought it went well. I received no response.
