Received an invite to upload a pre-recorded video of myself answering three generic questions. These one-way interviews are extremely impersonal and dehumanizing if not often used to indirectly discriminate against candidates. I asked to instead have a two-way conversation about the position, but the recruiter declined. An employer who can't pick up the phone for 15min to call a candidate is not an employer I recommend working for.
