Interviewer was disinterested as soon as I opened my mouth. Granted, my background is a little different but I still had experience in the skills they desired. Interviewer couldn't stay focused for 15 minutes to listen to me. Acted like they had more important things to do. We both mutually had the feeling that I was not moving forward, so I gave up on trying to give good responses. I honestly considered asking "are you even interested in speaking to me?" and leaving the call early. If you're not going to give a candidate a chance during the interview, then why progress them to the interview stage? You're just wasting all of our time. The initial recruiter was nice though.
