Overall, my experience with the final round interviewer was disappointing. Despite positive experiences in previous rounds with team members and the VP, the interviewer appeared disengaged and uninterested. It seemed there was a predetermined decision to reject me based on my reason for switching jobs. Additionally, the interviewer's demeanor was unprofessional; she sounded as if she had just woken up, which impacted the quality of our interaction. As someone with experience in psychology and HR, I can confidently say that her lack of engagement and unprofessional behavior were concerning.

Interview process wasn't enough structured. CEO who was taking second round interview wasn't able to put up right questions in front of me. Being an interviewer, She wasn't humble and calm during the entire conversation. I've asked questions related to company's growth which she seems hesitant to respond. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE is highly compromised!!
