Stages:
1. Discussion with recruiter on Agile knowledge (not sure what justifies a recruiter asking questions on Agile to a seasoned program manager and scrum master)
2. First actual round on client/project management approach
3. Case Study (candidate needs to prepare a presentation on the solution approach for the problem in the case study)
4. Interview on the basis of Case Study + PM skill interview on scenarios (they call it Tech 1)
5. Interview on the basis of Case Study + PM skill interview on scenarios (they call it Tech 2)
6. Social Justice round
7. HR round

Positives:
- They explain the process well in the beginning of the interaction
- The evaluation process is exhaustive
- Their panelists are professional enough to introduce themselves
- The presentation is not an elimination round by itself
Negatives:
- One of the recruiters I dealt with fed conflicting info to me and my friend who had referred me about why there were delays in scheduling further rounds
- The Tech 2 round was supposed to be driven on the basis of the case study presentation they had me do. However, despite my polite nudges to discuss the presentation, the interviewers didn't bother with the presentation at all. Neither did they care to mention why they didn't want to discuss the case study at all. Overall, this Tech 2 round, was bad. The panelists not able to drive a meaningful discussion. Their inquiries felt a little raw.

The interview was for .Net based developer.
First round was a coding round, where you will be given 2 work items that needs to be solved. So the analysis is basically on the thought process, and problem solving ability.
Second round is more a deep dive on your skills, previous projects and its work experiences.
Cultural round is more of things on how you behave on different scenarios and cases.

Interview process is very well designed, and separated into phases: one for culture, another one for a pairing interview, another one for a technical interview and a last one for leadership (in case you are a Lead or higher).
