Very informal. I met the owner @McDonalds in 1983. He wrote down my information and gave me the job. He is mechanically very knowledgeable himself and the interview was short. The job progressed into a management role to eventually become the fleet manager responsible for what was originally 20 pieces of equipment to over 200 pieces.
