Just went through a phone interview. I ended it at my choosing. They couldn't explain their bonus/commission system and were hesitant to tell me what my base pay would be. Also said the CEO would be changing it soon, but couldn't say what it would be changing to. Also - they advertised this as a customer service oriented position and it's straight up sales.
