The last interview stage is never-ending: I dedicated several working days to this problem, gave a solution and I got no feedback at all. I even emailed HR/colleagues/CEO explaining that I cannot dedicate any more time as I have a current job to attend to. No reply. They seem to want you to work for free for them. This cost me a lot of time and money.
