Applied online. Was brought in for an interview. The job was originally I think part time, and they're now decided to make it a full time position. The interview was about 30 minutes long. The oddest part of the whole process was I had to wait outside the door while the other people were finishing up which felt like an audition. However, the executive director seemed very nice from what I could gather in the interview. However, I'm not sure if we clicked or not. I also don't know how many people she is interviewing. However, I really like the organization as a whole.
