2 part process. The first part involved responding to a series of questions on a webcam and a challenge related to Graphic Design. The next stage was a Skype interview in replacement of the trip to Las Vegas as I was outside the United States. Seems like you go through lots of hoops just to get the job. Probably wouldn't apply again given the bad reputation the company is receiving.

The interview process was clean and well organised. It began with a series of phone interviews with various people from different departments calling to ask genre specific questions. From there I was invited on campus and shown around. There was another set of face to face interviews and then I was taken out to lunch by the team I would potentially work with.
